OUR FOUR ROOMS WITH ENSUITE OR PRIVATE BATHROOM
With four rooms we can ensure personal attention and a homely atmosphere. Three rooms have en-suite and our large family room has its own private bathroom. All rooms are comfortably furnished with good quality furniture and bed linen and well maintained. All rooms come complete with colour TV & clock radio.
ROOM 1
Double + 2 Single Beds, Sleeps up to 4
This family room has a separate but private bathroom (not shared with other guests). Guests enjoy a view across Torquay from the North and West facing windows. Complimentary WIFI is provided.
The newly decorated room also includes a flat-screen TV, beverage tray with a selection of hot drinks, biscuits and water.
The room is situated on the first floor.
ROOM 2
Double Bed, Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 is on the second floor. It contains a 4’6” double bed and a 3-feet single bed. It also contains a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hanging rail, two folding chairs and each bed has a side cabinet. There is a hand basin in the room and the half tiled en-suite contains a toilet and shower with folding glass door and electric shower with ceiling hung pull switch.
ROOM 3
Double Room, Sleeps up to 2
Bedroom 3 contains a 4’6 double bed. It also contains a chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, a hanging. There is a hand basin in the room and the half tiled en-suite contains a toilet and shower with folding glass door.
ROOM 4
Double & Bunk Beds, Sleeps up to 4
Bedroom 4 contains a 4’6” double bed and 2’6” bunk beds suitable for children. It also contains a large chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, a hanging rail. There is a fully tiled en-suite wet-room, with sliding door access.
